Position: Client Experience and Sales Assistant
*Who We Are Looking For*
If so, you could be just the person we are looking for to fill the position that we have available at the front desk of our physical therapy clinic
*The Role*
You will be managing the front desk and waiting room experience, meeting and greeting our patients, and ensuring that all our patients are looked after and made to feel welcomed whenever they enter our world.
Further, you will be responsible for answering the phone and converting inquiries into paying patients. Part of our business model is to get people requesting information on-line. You will be responsible for following up with these inquiries and converting them into a fully paying patient that is happy to come into the clinic.
Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking in new patients via the phone and excelling at retaining those patients as lifelong customers of the business. You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients will be happy to come in for – and just as happy to pay for – and just as happy to tell others about.

Prior experience in sales and customer follow up is preferred although it does not need to be in the medical field. We are looking for the right person who would enjoy learning more about what makes our company unique and values mentorship to help the company grow. If you are an outgoing person who enjoys helping people make good health decisions, has a strong desire to learn, and can work independently at solving problems we encourage you to apply!
