I was very impressed with the level of care and service I received here to understand and take care of my injuries until what ultimately had to be surgery. Dr. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I was hesitant to do PT of any kind before I “jumped in” to therapy, and not knowing until later what my core issues were, but PT4E removed any reservations I had and I highly recommend PT4E if you are considering physical therapy.

I am here to share my experience of how Dr. Amy transformed my life by helping me alleviate tightened fascia and pelvic floor issues. For a long time, I had been suffering from stress incontinence and tightness in my pelvic area. Despite trying various treatments like medication and massage, nothing seemed to work. I was losing hope until I found out about physical therapy for my pelvic floor.Dr. Amy and I connected, and I informed her about my issues with my pelvic floor. I found myself leaking when I did strenuous lifting or sneezed multiple times, which was embarrassing. I believed it was due to a weak pelvic floor, but Dr. Amy informed me that it was because my floor was too tight and had probably been that way since my childbirth eight years ago. During our initial meeting, she discovered that my fascia was tightened all around, making it challenging for me to sing, breathe deeply, and enjoy hikes. She designed a personalized treatment plan for me, considering her certification as a specialist in treating fascia and pelvic floor disorders. She used a combination of manual therapy, exercises, and education to address the root cause of my problems. After a few sessions, I started to notice a significant improvement in my symptoms. My breathing and stiffness reduced, my mobility and flexibility increased, and my pelvic floor function improved. I felt more comfortable and confident in my body, and I was able to resume my normal activities and enjoy my life again.Dr. Amy's professional and compassionate care healed not only my physical but also my emotional and mental health. She gave me hope and empowerment. She is the best physical therapist I have ever had, and I highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from tightened fascia and pelvic floor issues. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Amy always gives friendly and professional service! I’m on my third round of PT with Amy. First was for my back after surgery in 2019, then for my shoulder in early 2022 hoping to avoid surgery which we did :) and again for my back as I haven't maintained a healthy core and am paying the price for it but she has me tuned up well enough that I can golf consistently. I like the personal service and attention I get with Amy, there aren't 7 other people in the same room receiving treatment while the therapists talk to each other and seemingly ignore the patients like I’ve experienced in another PT location in Maple Valley previous to finding Amy. She doesn't take insurance so you'll have to deal with that on your end. Unfortunately I’m injured often enough to probably see Amy a lot over the next few years HAHA!

Dr. Amy healed me, but more importantly, she taught me how to heal myself. I had an accute shoulder injury from pole dancing. I could hardly move my arm at all. Initially she treated me by loosening contributing muscles with massage and joint mobilization. It was nice not to be assigned exercises. However she introduced gentle movements later in treatment, once I was out of pain, to help me find the muscles that needed to be strengthened and stretched in order to safely return to pole dancing.I see her once a month for maintenance now, and recently I've had another healing breakthrough. I've achieved massive amounts of mobility in my neck which I hadn't dreamed would be possible. I had written my stiff neck off as just getting older. Dr. Amy reminded me of a simple stretch/strengthening techniqe, and I diligently followed her instructions to perform the exercise 2 x per day. After just 2 days of doing this, I can report the range of motion in my neck has more than quadrupled. The pain when I turn or tilt my head is gone.I really can't thank Dr. Amy enough. Today I turned the music up loud while cleaning the house, and I found myself dancing with a freedom and range of movement I haven't experienced for many years. The knowlege and healing I have achieved through my time spent with her has been priceless. She is a wealth of knowlege, and geeks out about body science. You can tell she is pationate about healing people, and is just a super positve person to be around. Also, shout out to her awesome office assistant Farrah, who is always so much fun!

Dr. Amy did my rehab from tearing my hamstring off the bone!!! Yep, tore it right off & had surgery to reattach it. I teach group fitness classes & hot yoga & ride my horses. Dr. Amy knew how active I was & how I wanted to get back to “THAT” active state - not just rehab. (I had started rehab with another place but they were literally just doing the same stuff I found online from the University of Wisconsin’s hamstring tear protocol….. 😳🤦🏻♀️ I can do that on my own…) What I needed was the manual manipulation Dr. Amy provides and be able to tell the difference from “normal” rehab pains versus I pushed it too much. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with every single step of the way! She could tell in an instant if I had pushed it too much. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!! If you really want your same activity level back, she’s your doctor!!!

Dr Amy came to my attention when I had reached a point of desperation with pain in my right leg, knees, hip , and lower back.I was in pain day and night, I couldn't sleep well, couldn't do stairs, it was very difficult for me.I had seen various orthopedic doctors, I did scans and even MRI, tried physical therapy and massage therapy, but all these were not really helping me.One night as I was in pain and started searching for help in the internet and I came across Dr Amy ,s profile and after reading I knew this is what I need. After contacting her office I went and I started my therapy.I have experienced great improvement, I am no longer in pain especially at night, I can do stairs walking straight, I have pain free nights, I am walking straight feeling like a young girl, my legs are no longer heavy, and my back is getting better, My knees pain is going away, actually my right knee was swollen, but now it's not ,My right thigh too was too tight, and painful, but now I am pain free.I now can take a walk, up a hill, walking straight, unlike before I would walk bedding, especially up a hill, however small.Am still not done with my sessions and I know by the time am done I will be a NEW person.Dr Amy is very professional, will listen, examine, feel you , she is knowledgeable in what she does.I feel blessed to be her client.I had suffered in pain since 2017, it's been progressing and got worse in 2021.But now I'm a new person with a living testimony that it is possible to heal without surgery, and without having to take pain pills.Am now looking forward to start practicing line dancing which I could not do due to pain.

I couldn't be happier to have found Physical Therapy for EveryBody and Dr. Amy. From the moment you enter this practice you can see a HUGE difference. I've been having pain in my upper back/thoracic area and shoulders for more than 2 years, sometimes really bad and other times not so bad but always bothering me. I'm a personal trainer and I'm very active so it reached a point were it didn't let me train the way I like, so I decided to go to a sport doctor to check it out, he sent me to a regular physical therapist, since then I tried many different ones and all focus on the same: the area of pain, and that's all they treat, without taking a look at the rest of your body and trying to get to the root of the problem (that many, many times is away from the area of pain) so it didn't make a real difference. I got really tired of that type of physical therapy places and I started looking for an alternative and that's when I came across Physical Therapy for EveryBODY. First thing that took my attention before even going there was reading in their web how Dr. Amy works, taking a holistic approach, looking at how your whole body moves, what doesn't move correctly and which areas she needs to work on in order for you to improve, feel and move better!! That's exactly what I was looking for. I called immediately and made an appointment and I left feeling so happy with the assessment and the plan of treatment Dr. Amy put together for me. Haven't finished the treatment yet and I'm already feeling better than with months going to a different places. She will treat you (not any other assistant) you have her full attention, there's no other patient at the same time you are. Also Farrah at the front desk makes you feel so welcome! I would recommend to everyone, worth every penny!! If you are in pain and are tired of nor getting better going to another places, don't wait, call today and make an appointment, you won't regret it!!

Is your pain all consuming? Have you tried traditional physical therapy and still in pain? Are you hesitant to try out-of-network providers? Are you tired of chronic pain? Do you want to be able to perform basic daily tasks without pain? Are you tired of not being able to enjoy activities with family and friends? I answered yes to all of these. I finally called and in 12 sessions with Dr. Konvalin, my knees are pain free, I have mobility and can perform daily tasks again! And I recently walked on the beach! I am so grateful for Dr. Amy Konvalin! She is professional and gets the job done! Stop wasting your valuable time and call her today!

I live over 30 miles North from Dr Amy’s clinic and without question this is the best investment I’ve made in my back and overall health. I’m a very athletic 45-year old and my need for mobility in everyday activities as well as having the ability to scratch my competitive itch is essential to my overall well-being. Dr Amy listens, she trusts, and her intuition partnered with her experience blend together for an incredibly thoughtful and effective treatment plan. While I am just getting started, I have already felt relief and advancement both on the court and in keeping up my teenagers. I would recommend Dr Amy to my dearest of friends and family, and to anyone wavering on a 2nd, 3rd, or 10th opinion.

I 100% recommend going to see Dr. Amy and the team at PTFE. I suffered a sports injury on my knee about a year ago, and I thought that it'd heal over time... well 6 months later it was worse than ever and I was actually starting to limp around and was unable to put weight on the knee. I was so afraid that I'd have to get knee surgery at 30 years old but I decided to reach out to a PT. I found PTFE on google as a highly rated local physical therapy clinic and I called and had my first appointment within a week. Amy then proceeded to help me identify the issue, and to get my leg working again. I'm now completely pain free, and I no longer need to go to PT. Through her skills and amazing hands (and elbows) she was able to get my leg muscles working correctly so that I'm able to run, jump, squat and play disc golf completely pain free. I would have paid 10X the amount that I ended up paying for this result. I implore anyone experiencing pain, and who doesn't know what to do about it? To reach out to Dr. Amy and the team at Physical Therapy for EveryBODY. Life changing care and healing. The only sad thing is that I won't get to see her every week.

For many years I have sought out several physical therapists hoping to get more rotation in my neck that has deteriorated discs and some bone on bone. My pain levels were 0 to low due to natural supplements - I just wanted more mobility. The PTs I had gone to in the past did not seem to help - they were not hands on like Dr. Amy. Their methods to "healing" were mostly "do this exercise and this one". Sure exercise is required, but somebody needs to work on the root cause with hands on. The answer... Dr. Amy Konvalin. After an evaluation from Dr. Amy, she had seen my condition before and knew what plan of attack to take. After several Sessions with Dr. Amy, I noticed the increased head rotation when driving while looking left or right - something I wasn't used to for many years. I plan on going back to see Dr. Amy for more sessions to see if even more degrees of rotation are possible. I don't expect to get 180 degrees, due to the compromised internal structure, but any increase in head rotation would be great. If other physical therapists have failed you like in my case, Try Dr. Amy Konvalin!

If you are stuck in pain Dr. Amy is your way out!! She knows how to "hurt you so good" and get comfortable movement back into your body. My favorite part of Amy's approach is there is NO computer between her and you. She sits down with you and gives you her full attention to listen and be present with you. She has excellent follow through that made me fully confident that she heard mine and my bodies needs. As a professional gardener I am grateful I have PT4E to keep me moving the best way my body can. Love you Dr. Amy!! (and Jaelyn)

What would you do to feel 10 years younger? I had no idea that would be the result. My first experience with Dr. Amy started with achy hips and foot pain. It is all connected. I went from walking like a stiff 'older' lady after my morning to commute to walking 10 years younger once my tailbone and foot arch were aligned in combination with a set of exercises to keep the muscles and tendons from backsliding. Since then, when I have had unique foot / back issues or injuries, I know that I need to see Dr. Amy. She is able to diagnose my unique body cues in the first visit through observation and questions. Over a few weeks, I have added custom designed exercises and stretches resulting in much less pain and increased mobility. By the time my treatment is done, I can self care through my daily maintenance program. Again, what would you do to feel 10 years younger?

Amy spent an hour with me on each visit. I never felt rushed because she focused on me and my injury for that entire hour. After a few visits I felt much better and the exercises she gave me to do at home helped me continue the healing process. I highly recommend!

Dr. Amy is amazing! I've had back issues since having my second child which also resulted in the tightness going up my back and to my shoulders. I had been to other physical therapist with little improvement. Dr. Amy was able to help relieve my lower back and shoulder pain. So happy to have her in our community. I would highly recommend Physical Therapy for EveryBODY!

Thank you Dr. Amy, you are Amazing. I've had chronic back issues for years and have been to countless doctors, chrios, and physical therapist with no avail. She has taught me proper stretching and strength training and I've been free of week long "back outs" for the last 3 years. I highly recommend Physical Therapy for Everybody!

I went to see Dr. Konvalin after dealing with low to mid back pain for over 6 weeks. My typical solution was to take ibuprofen and wait it out but after 6 weeks without being able to work out or run it was time to have it looked at. After her evaluation she came up with a treatment plan that quickly reduced the pain and gradually got me back to regular workouts. I’m now pain free and back to my regular mix of basketball, strength training, running – and or course yard work. I’ve been through physical therapy in the past for my lower back but I appreciate how she takes a more holistic approach and provided me with tools I can use to help stay active and mobile.

I suffer from some pretty bad back issues. I am also an athlete who competes on American Ninja Warrior which requires a lot of back engagement so I have a definite need to keep my back as loose and healthy as possible. During the course of the last year my back issues flared up to the point where my S1 nerve had pressure on it which caused me to lose some feeling in the posterior side of my left foot. It has also caused me to lose some flexibility (both of which are crucial in the sport). I have had to completely revamp how I train because of this.I decided to give cupping therapy a try after winning a free session. I will try anything once too see if it can help keep me loose, and hey Michael Phelps did it before winning a bunch of gold medals in the Olympics so it can be that bad right? Before we started, Dr. Amy had me explain my issues so she could come up with a "plan-of-attack" so to speak. She then began with the cupping treatment. If you are unfamiliar with cupping (like I was) I would say it's almost like "reverse" massage. Massage focuses on pushing down to work your trigger points, where as cupping pulls them out. It felt really strange at first, but once I relaxed it felt awesome.Once we had finished the cupping, I tested my flexibility in the clinic and had an immediate and very noticeable improvement. I am not sure if the long term loosening of my back from cupping is any better then a deep massage yet, but the problem I find with massage therapy is you get therapists that know what they're doing and ones that don't. You also have to work the spots in a specific way and I require a lot of pressure as my back becomes cement during my peak training months. I often get poor results from massage, unless I get a really strong and experienced therapist. The cupping therapy seemed like a more reliable method to hit those spots correctly as the cups do the heavy lifting. With that said Dr. Amy knew exactly where to put the cups, how to move them around to work the problem areas and how long to leave them to get the correct results. She also prepped my back for the cupping with some massage work so you definitely still need an experienced person to perform cupping. The point I want to make is that she didn't have to rely on strength and force to work the build ups in my back. Massage is also very painful when done correctly IMO. Cupping was painless which was a nice change of pace.I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are experiencing similar issues and looking for relief. Dr. Amy provides a litany of other therapy services besides cupping so check her out. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely return on my training rest days.

I saw Dr. Amy for a foot injury from running. After going to the doctor and being told to "stay off of it" and/or wear a boot as it was a possible stress fracture, I decided to see Dr. Amy. I knew she was a runner herself and an expert in her field based on years of study, training, and experience. I saw her for 8 sessions. I was running again before the 8th session. She has gifted hands that can feel what you don't even know is there! She also gets to the root of the problem which is often not at the place of injury. She gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen my foot and other weak muscles/areas that had contributed to the injury. That was 2 years ago, and I haven't had any problems since then! I highly recommend Physical Therapy for EveryBODY, especially if you are an athlete!

I've struggled with chronic pain all my life due to a connective tissue disorder — and things took a tougher turn after having children. Because I injure so easily, many practitioners didn't know how to help me. But when I was referred to Amy, things began to change. She instinctively creates exercises that are robust enough to stabilize and strengthen my body, but gentle enough to avoid putting me back into chronic spasm and pain. For the first time in many years, I feel like pain-free days are a possibility. I can't thank her enough — I encourage anyone dealing with chronic pain to see Amy for their treatment, even if you've been frustrated by your efforts to get well in the past. You'll be in good hands (literally!).
